Drawstring Dress

Just like the way wrap dresses and shirt dresses turn out to be comfortable, but still very stylish, drawstring dresses are another style that should be in your radar. They are typically accomplished by adding drawstrings to a side seam, or front seam, depending on the creativity of the designer.

The drawstring style can also be merged with a range of fashion styles just like the deep V-neck, with a fusion of a different fabric like organza, just like in the picture above. Drawstring dresses are different and uncommon, so trust us when we say that, in a drawstring dress, you would definitely slay to that casual outing, wedding or party.

Sweetheart Neckline

The sweetheart neckline is easily recognisable as it has a curved bottom edge that is concave down and usually double scalloped to resemble the top half of a heart. This neckline adds a feminine and classy touch to all outfits it is featured in.

Another thing that is to love about the sweetheart neckline is how it is a combination of other necklines, thus making it unique. Just like in the picture above, sweetheart necklines can be used for a number of fabrics, including African wax prints, silk and lots more.

Zippers

In men's fashion typically, buttons are mostly used as fasteners for the tops in two-pieces. However, we came across a rather unique style of fasteners, at least in men's fashion, which is the regular zippers.

Most womenswear brands make use of zippers all the time to fasten pieces of outfits together, but just like in the image above, infusing it in the outfit makes it standout. Another thing we love about it is how different it makes the entire look.

Cross Mono-Strap

There are different forms of sleeves or styles that can be infused in an outfit to make it less boring, such as the Criss-Cross neckline, off-shoulder and many others. The cross mono-strap style is one that can also be used to make a striking statement.

It resembles an off-shoulder style with an infusion on a mono-strap that cross over the shoulders to the back. This style can be used for tops or dresses and can be worn to different occasions, especially wedding parties.

Ankara Two-Piece

Asides from the fact that two-pieces are generally classy and stylish, one thing we love about this style is the fact that the pieces can be rocked differently at any given time.

The Ankara two-piece is one that, depending on the fashion designer, can be pulled off at virtually any event. Whether it's a corporate meeting, or an occasion to simply have drinks with friends and catch up, this Ankara two-piece is most likely your surest best.

These are some of the styles that are trending now in the fashion scene, and we must say, most of them would definitely feature in our wardrobes now. How about you? Do let us know your favourite styles here!
